Because of the nature and scope of a 4 year degree course in nuclear medicine, you will have everything you need to step into a position as a nuclear medicine technologist right out of school. This makes you a much more attractive hire than those job candidates that might require more training to get up to speed.

Whether you are looking at schools in Georgia, Illinois, California, Orlando, NY or anywhere else for that matter, always remember that you will want to only look at nuclear medicine schools that are accredited. In order to be a nuclear medicine technologist you will want a certificate or degree from a school that is recognized. An accredited school is the way to do just that.
